There has been an increase in complaints of fraudulent behaviour by third parties over the phone as well as the WhatsApp app.

Fraudsters call citizens, introduce themselves as employees of financial and credit organisations, the National Bank, law enforcement officers and notify them about various operations that allegedly come on their account, request confidential information, as well as demand to transfer funds to a third-party details, to the so-called “safe account”.

It is important to remember that such offers have nothing to do with our company and represent fraud.

To steal money from citizens, fraudsters use sophisticated deception scenarios, which are regularly improved.
